Understanding and managing pain
A 15-minute TED talk by leading pain scientist Lorimer Moseley. This is an excellent and entertaining intro to pain science that I find extremely fascinating.
A free, easy to read intro guide to pain science and chronic pain, with helpful tips on managing and reducing pain.
A more comprehensive textbook on pain science and management, that is still accessible for the layperson.
