Stable Foundations is an evidence-informed exercise training system created by physiotherapist Russell Wolfe, MSc PT, BSc Kin, specifically for people with generalized joint hypermobility and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD).

Whether you’re aiming to feel better in the gym, return to sport, or simply move through daily life with more ease, Stable Foundations is designed to help you build strength, stability, proprioception, and confidence — safely and effectively.
